A passionate learner, Dr. Ehrenman received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the State University of New York at Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine in 1985. In 1987, he completed his residency in Pediatric Dentistry at Eastman Dental Center in Rochester, NY. Upon completion of his residency, Dr. Ehrenman joined the practice with Drs. Hirsch and Hall.
Since then, he has taken over 1,750 hours of continuing education and is a member and past president of the Long Island Dental Study Club. In fact, he is so passionate about education that he has been a clinical assistant professor and mentor in the Department of Orthodontics and Pediatric Dentistry at the State University of New York Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine from 2010 to the present. He is affiliated with NYU Langone Hospital-Long Island in Mineola, Northwell Hospital-Syosset, and Stony Brook University Hospital.
Dr. Ehrenman became a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry in 1995 and continues to be an active member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. In April 2024, he received his Lifetime Diplomate status and an American Board of Pediatric Dentistry award. He is also a member of the American Dental Association, New York State Dental Association, and the Nassau County Dental Society.

In his free time, Dr. Ehrenman enjoys spending time with his wife, Kelly. They have two children, Marc, who lives in Chicago, and Alexandra, who lives in Brooklyn. They also love to hit Eat Mosaic and try a different menu each week. Dr. Ehrenman is an avid golfer and a fan of the New York Rangers.
